At Free Frame Optics, we want your eyewear to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed by our team at our Fremantle, Western Australia office and shipped via Australia Post. This allows us to maintain high-quality service and add a personal touch to every order.
We process orders Monday to Friday.
Single Vision Prescription Lenses
Single vision orders are delivered within approximately 5 business days total, which includes manufacturing time and shipping time within Australia.
(This may vary depending on your location and courier delays, but 5 days is the standard expected timeframe.)
Multifocal / Progressive Lenses
Multifocal and progressive lenses require longer production.
Delivery is usually within 7–10 business days total, including both manufacturing time and shipping.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or sales promotions.
Shipping Rates
Within Australia
Standard shipping is charged at $11.15 and typically arrives within 5 business days.
Express shipping is available for $14.65, with delivery usually within 1–3 business days.
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Orders
Shipping to New Zealand is charged at $19.95 for standard delivery and $34.95 for express delivery.
Shipping to the rest of the world is charged at $24.95 for standard delivery and $39.95 for express delivery.
Delivery timeframes vary by country and may range from 7 to 21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes charged by their local authorities.

Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Free Frame Optics is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs inspections or local duties.
These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels
A parcel may be returned to us due to:
